Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of WPHoster's WordPress hosting services ("Services"). By creating an account or placing an order, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.
1. Services
WPHoster provides WordPress-optimized hosting, including but not limited to storage, bandwidth, CDN, backups, and related support, as described on the applicable order page.
2. Account Registration
Customer must provide accurate, current registration information and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity occurring under the account.
3. Acceptable Use
Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Customer may not use the Services to host, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, malicious (malware, phishing), or that violates the rights of third parties. WPHoster reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.
4. Billing and Payment
Fees are due as specified at checkout or renewal. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds
Refunds, where offered, are governed by the refund policy stated on the relevant product or order page at time of purchase.
6. Service Availability
WPHoster aims to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible.
7. Data and Backups
While WPHoster may provide backup tools, Customer is responsible for maintaining independent backups of their content and data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPHoster shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the Services per the terms of the applicable order/billing cycle. WPHoster may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
WPHoster may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
